Shipping Methods And Costs

Our aim is to ship the requested products as soon as possible.

This is why we rely on various national and international couriers suitable for shipping packages of all sizes, up to entire pallets.

Usually, the time taken is 2 working days, but as a matter of practice the courier always states 1-5 working days. If there are particular URGENCIES, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

If payment is made by PayPal or credit/debit card, the bank will notify us of the transaction within a few hours. If, on the other hand, it is made by bank transfer, the order will only be processed after the aforementioned has been credited to the account.

Shipping costs vary according to the quantity ordered (and therefore relative parcel weight) and obviously depend on the courier company. There are additional costs in the amount of €10.00 per delivery for all inconvenient areas, small islands, locations that are difficult to reach or poorly served by national couriers. The amount requested only partly covers the extra cost charged by the courier to deliver to these areas.

• FREE SHIPPING for orders over € 200.
• Orders of less than € 200 will be charged a delivery charge of € 5.90.

EUROPE

• FREE SHIPPING for orders over € 200.
• Orders of less than € 200 will be charged a delivery charge of € 9.90.

UNITED KINGDOM

• FREE SHIPPING for orders over € 200.
• Orders of less than € 200 will be charged a delivery charge of €14.80.

SWITZERLAND

• FREE SHIPPING for orders over € 200.
• Orders of less than € 200 will be charged a delivery charge of €14.80.

USA AND CANADA

• Each order will be charged a shipping cost of € 25.00.

JAPAN

• Each order will be charged a shipping cost of € 35.00.

For all other destinations a delivery charge of € 39.00 will be added to your order.

Do you provide a tracking number before shipping?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email confirming the shipment with the tracking number of the package.
